The Client

A small, independent British chocolate brand selling exclusively online. They had a small presence on Amazon as well as their own e-commerce website. They exclusively sell own-brand products.

The Challenge

With a lack of time and Amazon knowledge in-house, this brand needed help taking their Amazon sales to the next level. They were running minimal Amazon Advertising campaigns with a very high ACoS and low ROAS.

Brand registry had not been completed and therefore there was no A+ Content on their listings and they didn't have an Amazon storefront.

The Solutions

Following an in-depth account review, we identified key areas of improvement for their Amazon account.

Once this was completed, we built a specific advertising strategy targeting key product categories and key seasons. We refined existing campaigns and created new ones to capture all opportunities. Ad copy was improved to highlight products and target relevant search terms.
